ARROW has completed Title Abstracting for State, County and Municipal organizations, engineering firms, and public and private sector utility companies. Our dedicated abstractors will provide title searches for all of a project’s affected properties through public-record searches, both online and in-person at county courthouses. Via the recorder of deeds office we establish the current owner and prior owners and note any deeds, easements, adverse sales and descriptions, which can be provided as necessary per individual project specifications.

We then provide all applicable documents, including but not limited to: the current/base deed, any open mortgages, deeds of easement, adverse sales, lot or subdivision plans, judgments, liens, tax assessment information, tax and lien certifications, tax maps, current taxes due (including a review of paid, unpaid or delinquent status), and bankruptcy verification.
