Once property has been acquired, either by ARROW Land Solutions, LLC, itself or by other means, ARROW can perform many property management functions to facilitate any client’s needs to oversee the property until it is handed over to the contractor for use in the project.

One of the most important steps after a relocation is the boarding and sealing of the property. ARROW can quickly and efficiently close up entrances to vacated buildings, post no trespassing signs, and periodically inspect the property for signs of intrusion through either it’s own on-staff property management personnel, or a subcontracted firm. [rearranged for flow] If the building will be standing for a period of time through winter weather, ARROW will ensure that the structure is weatherized and will remove snow from public areas such as sidewalks as per local ordinances. During the warm summer months, ARROW will provide lawn-mowing or other minor landscaping services to keep the property clean and neat both for the beautification of the remainder of the neighborhood and to keep up the appearance that someone is overseeing the property for security reasons.

ARROW has assisted its clients with demolition contracting to have the structures removed in order to further minimize risks during lengthy periods between acquisition and the beginning of the construction contracts. ARROW can solicit for bids, assemble bid packages, and perform bid openings for our clients, then hand the prepared contracting paperwork over to the client for execution upon selection of the successful bidder.

In the event excess land has been purchased during a project (either through acquisition of uneconomic remnants, or after identification by a client), ARROW’s property management personnel can assist the client in disposition of the excess land. From advertising to offering the land to public agencies and even public auctions, ARROW can eliminate surplus land under the guidelines of its clients.
